The Space:

The Home- 1,530 square feet of updated mountain charm. Four bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and three bathrooms. Three rooms with king beds. Beautiful outdoor spaces. All spaces with waterproof wood style flooring.
Bedroom 1(primary)-King sized bed, side tables, desk, smart TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit (seasonal), direct access to own bathroom, with walk in closet. Sliding door to back deck and spa area.
Bedroom 2- King sized bed, side tables, ceiling fan, window AC unit (seasonal), dresser and closet. Sliding door to back deck and spa area.
Bedroom 3- King Bed, smart tv, hope chest, side table, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4- Two, Twin beds & one twin trundle.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 8 bath and spa towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)
Bathroom 1(bedroom 1)- Dual head Shower & single vanity.
Bathroom 2- Shower/tub combo single vanity.
Bathroom 3- Shower & single vanity.
Kitchen- Open concept with visibility into dining and living area. Large island with seating for 4. Full-sized fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, new sponge, coffee grounds, and sugar.
Coffee set up- 12 cup drip.
Dining- Located in view of kitchen, with seating for 4. Additional seating at bar top.
Living room- Large sofa, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, side tables, limited games, large smart TV to stream your favorite apps.
Fireplace- Electric fireplace.
Laundry area- Full sized HE washer and dryer located in hallway closet. Laundry pods are provided.
Gaming area/Garage- Air hockey table, 3 gaming units (pac man, ninja turtles, and multi unit). Heated with space heaters.
Back deck- Access through bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and exterior gate. String lights, 4-person spa, propane grill, prep sink, and dining table.
No use of outdoor wood fireplaces are allowed in San Bernadino. Heavily enforced.
Front Deck- Patio furniture(cushions seasonal) & propane fire table. We fill the propane tanks once a week. If it needs to be swapped during your stay, please send a copy of the itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Grill- Propane ONLY. We fill the propane tanks once a week. If it needs to be swapped during your stay, please send a copy of the itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Parking- Per our license only 4 vehicles allowed (includes trailers and motorcycles). You may need AWD of 4x4 in winter months due to being a high snow area of town and very slight incline driveway. No garage parking this is a gaming area.
Pets- NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals MUST be disclosed upon booking, proper credentials and full information on animal will be required. We cannot allow felines or any other type of animal.
Please make sure to read the additional rules section. We believe in setting proper expectations. Many of these rules are set by the city and enforced by their code enforcement. We are required to follow these rules as a part of our permit.

Popular/notable locations and distances from the home in miles. Keep in mind on average our traffic is not nearly as busy. Most places on a normal day with good weather take 5-15 minutes to get to.

Getting Around:
Harmony Pines is in a quiet neighborhood. Public transit is within .5 miles from the home. Search Mountain Transit for routes.
Ride share programs are VERY limited. A 4x4, AWD, and carrying chains in vehicle is highly recommended.
Other Things to Note:
Please note in winter months: The roads are plowed regularly, but you most likely will need 4x4 vehicle and chains. We are not responsible for any weather related travel issues.
There is two cameras on property. Views driveway and door. Do not block or disconnect.
Violation of the restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
Our strict cancellation policy is still in affect. Any cancellations requesting full refund, will need to provide proper documentation to the hosting site. We will NOT cancel your reservation for you.
All requests to change date, must be done a minimum of 14 days before your stay. Prices may change due to change of date.
If you instant book, you assume responsibility that all restrictions will be followed. We will not be responsible for any eviction, fine, or inconvenience due to disregarding the restrictions placed for Big Bear Lake and Big Bear City.
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules. (This is required to be verbatim. Some of these may not apply to Harmony Pines, see notes.)
Do not exceed the occupancy limit (8 including children & infants)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. (4 vehicles)
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lakeis very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to
extend common courtesy and neighborly
behavior toward the guests and residents
around them. For those guests who have come
to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility
of the neighborhoods, there are costly and
severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the reservation holder.

Per city regulations the person who books the home will need to sign our agreement/Good Neighbor Policy, and provide valid ID. No exceptions.
