We are providing private non smoking room and you don't need to share room with other people.
You can use free Wifi in your room.

The room is near Shimoigusa station. It will take about 4-5 minutes walk from the room to Shimoigusa station.
The room is close to Shinjuku, the center of Tokyo. It will take about 17 minutes from Shimoigusa station to Shinjuku station by train.

Everything you need for stay such as tooth brush, towels, soap, shampoo, rinse, hair dryer, folks, knives, kitchen knife, cutting board, pots and pans, plates, cups, micro wave oven, refrigerator and freezer, small oven, small cooking electric stove, TV in your room.
We also provide three foldable bed.
There's kitchen and toilet and shower with bathtub is in your room. There's also an air conditioner.
Supermarket open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM, convenience store which opens 24 hours, Japanese style pub, tavern, restaurants, post office is all 4-5 minutes from your room.

The room is no smoking, no pets. Please be silent at night time.

Le logement réel est le même que l'annonce. L'hôte est très gentil et accueillant. Il saura vous aiguiller si besoin. Le quartier de suginami est calme et accessibilité au centre de tokyo en métro. Je recommande !

Fantastic place to stay!

Toru is a very kind host and will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The place is a very short walk to the station which can get you to the Greater Tokyo area easily. I will definitely stay here again

First time to Tokyo!

This place was a short walk to the train station and a bunch of local food shops. It was close to Shinjuku and everything was provided to us from the hosts who took great care of us.

Home away from home

The apartment was in a beautiful and safe location. It was close to the train station and walkable distance to everything you would need. The apartment had everything I needed for the three weeks we were there. Thank you Toru for an amazing experience and for always being willing to assist us. I will always be grateful and will never forget my time in Japan. I would love the opportunity to return in the future!

Travel to Tokyo to stay in hotel ? No way !

En découverte de Tokyo, nous cherchions un endroit pour nous reposer, car nous savions que nous passerions la journée à marcher. Dans l'appartement de Toru, nous avons trouvé le confort nécessaire, l'espace et le calme, qui convenait à notre stratégie. Nous avons également découvert qu'a proximité de l'appartement, il y avait un restaurant qui servait jusqu' à 1h20 du matin. Celà nous a dépanné pas mal de fois. L'emplacement est vraiment pratique, la ligne de train qui est à 400m va à Shinjuku très rapidement. Je recommande cet appartement, car selon moi, on ne vient pas à Tokyo pour rester dans un hôtel. Il y a énormément de choses à découvrir.

Bon voyage

Cet appartement est près de la station et des magasins. C’est très pratique. C’est propre, en sécurité et équipé également. La propriétaire est très gentille. Quand je lui ai posé des questions, elle m’a répondu toute de suite. C’était une très bonne séjour.

Great Place to Stay

The property was very safe and comfortable. A little small, but perfect for a small group like mine. The area is nice to walk around at any time of the day as well. Host was extremely nice and welcoming, which was great for our first time visiting Japan. Would definitely stay again

A Lovely Place

My brother and I had a lovely stay at our apartment. Toru-san was an excellent host who always responded to our enquiries very quickly. Our apartment was in a lovely quiet neighborhood that was very close to a convenience store, a train station, and several restaurants. Thank you very much Toru-san and Kato-san, we had a great time! Comfortable and convenient

The apartment was great! Just what we needed for our stay, attending a show and visiting friends in the area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away. The property is a standard small Japanese city apartment, with a small tub / shower in the bathroom, a washing machine, nice small functional kitchen, and sleeping / living room. Bedding is futon on the floor, with enough room for 2-3 people comfortably. Price was very reasonable, and i’d love to stay again next time! Thank you very much!

Not good value for the money

We liked the location and check in process but the property itself could use a good cleaning. The kitchen had good utensils etc but was very dirty. The air conditioner/heater was noisy and needs to be replaced.

Wonderful

Originally booked for 2 weeks, but we were allowed to stay for another week which we decided to spontaneously on short notice. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, but not too far away from the busy life of Tokyo. This place practically saved our vacation as we wouldn't have been able to afford normal hotels for the duration of our stay.

The host is very kind and always ready to help. It was a pleasure to get to know Toru! The location of the apartment is quite convenient. It is close to the station and if you take the express train just one station further you can reach Shinjuku very easily. The apartment is well equipped, there are lots of kitchen amenities. You can rent two bicycles from the host, which makes your stay more enjoyable. Thank you Toru for everything!
