We always try to solve any "problems" that may arise immediately. Unfortunately, however, sometimes we as landlord's hands are tied if the fault is not with us. Nevertheless, we are pleased that we have come to a quick solution with you and the stay could be spent so carefreely.

Thanks a lot for your nice feedback. We are happy to hear that you had a great time. For future guests, we like to point out or rather ask to note that our accommodations are self-catering accommodations. Therefore, we provide only a basic supply of toilet paper and garbage bags.

At the moment, there are much stricter requirements regarding the cleaning and disinfection of our accommodations and textiles such as bed linen. The associated quite clinical smell we try to counteract with other fragrances which certainly does not meet everyone's taste. We apologize for this but are very glad that this was the only small drawback during your stay!

There is nothing more we can add to this wonderful feedback. Matlacha is really more than a gem and it is always nice when our guests perceive this. Thanks for the great review and please keep our Fishermen´s Paradise in mind!

We'll keep it a little shorter with an answer: our Fishermen's Paradise hasn't existed since Ian, and won't exist again in the way our guests have come to love it. Nevertheless, we are motivated to create something new at this beautiful place.
