Relaxing 3-bedroom apartment, a 15-min walk or 5-min drive to downtown Salem. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and free parking. Sleeps 8: three queen beds plus an air mattress, all with linens.
2nd floor, up one flight of stairs, no elevator. Need to avoid stairs? Ask about our 1st-floor unit.

Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided. Also AC, heating, WiFi, a workspace, TV, and board games. 1.5 baths.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was just what we needed. It was clean , comfortable and parking was easy.

The host was very responsive, and the parking was convenient. The location was good, and we were able to walk to many of the tourist attractions.However, the apartment was still being remodeled, with visible plaster and open holes in some areas. The apartment also does not comfortably sleep eight people, and there is only enough dining space for four people. The beds are full size, not queen size.Overall, the location was convenient, but the apartment would benefit from completing the remodeling and being more accurately represented for a group of eight

Thank you for staying with us, and I'm glad you enjoyed the location, parking, and being able to walk to Salem's attractions! I do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The beds are queen size, not full. The openings mentioned are the return vents for the HVAC system, not unfinished remodeling. The apartment is fully completed and ready for guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Salem.

Clean place, loud neighbors, beds are very firm as are pillows. Great responsive thermostat. Great shower. Lots of good instructions around for any common concerns.

The apt had three bedrooms which was perfect for us. And the host was good at communication. The location is a short Uber ride to attractions downtown. There is a small slant on one side of the apartment but we got used to it.

Rented this place for a dad & daughter vacation before my kid gets too old and wants nothing to do with me. Everything was great. Getting in, communication with the host, access to the spots we wanted to go to…all of it was great. My daughter cracked me up and said it was like the story of the three bears in that one bed was more firm, one really soft and one right in the middle, anyone should find a bed that fits their needs. Going downtown from the place was extremely easy. Lots of food choices around and half the time we ate out and half the time we ordered food to be delivered. If forced to nitpick, I’d say I wish the sliding glass door had a curtain just because there’s a back stairwell and if someone wanted to walk to our balcony, they could see right in. Otherwise I loved my stay and my daughter has already told everyone who will listen how amazing our trip has been. So to the host, thank you for creating core memories I hope she’ll remember forever!

The photos online did not match the place. This place is currently being lived in and that was not disclosed in the listing. There were prescription drugs, food in the freezer, hair on the dressers and bed, personal items all over the place such as change, hats, paperwork, etc. There was also a huge HVAC opening and lots of unfinished patchwork and holes on the wall. The more unsettling part was the fact that the person that owns/runs this also lives downstairs. As a female, it would have been nice to know that the person who owns the place lives downstairs because they also are the ones to give you the code into the place. This is a safety concern and had I known that, I would not have selected this rental. I would not recommend this place.

I apologize for your experience and would like to clarify a few points. I do not live on the property; however, I am the owner of the entire building, and all units operate as short-term rentals. I personally set up the access codes as I am the owner and codes are changed per visit. Regarding the items you observed, those were belongings left behind by previous guests.
