Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The beach proximity was fantastic. Loved the pools and hot tub, but it did need to be cleaned. We had some maintenence issues, but they called back immediately and came to fix the enxt day. Would stay here again because it was the perfect location.

The room was even more beautiful than the pictures included. Very spacious and clean. And the view of the beach was AMAZING! Had an issue with getting the door unlocked with the passcode provided, but was able to contact staff quickly and they helped us make it in. We went during a cool week in March so the pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub was perfect. Was a hit for all of the vacation goers. We were able to enjoy the beach a few days. Brendan the hut attendant was very nice and accommodating with us. Even made the effort to make small talk with us. He was wonderful. Overall, we plan to visit again.

Had a great time. Property was great, but if yiu check in at night be sure and get a code for the outside building door to access the elevators. Also get a parking code for across the street. Not many parking spaces next to the building.

The Palacio property was filthy --stairwells floors. The door was black with greasy fingerprints for unit 704. The carpet was so dirty that after we gave the toddlers baths at night and they walked around on it their feet had to be washed again before they could be put to bed. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the worst. I was alerted to the fact that there would only be one roll of paper towels, but why only one dishwasher packet and one laundry pod.? Why only one kitchen trash can liner for 3 night stay? I can tell the unit used to be pretty at one time but has been allowed to deteriorate. The stairwells are not marked adequately for evacuation. and elevators are small and slow. The beach itself was beautiful. The staff /particularly the technical staff on the text link was excellent, I would never return and would not encourage anyone else to go there until they have done something to clean the place up . Please have an adequate amount of supplies. It's hard enough to travel halfway across the country with three infants and a toddler without having to bring everything. One dishwasher pod.?One kitchen trash can liner for 8 guests.? one tiny tube of "body wash" per bath for 8 people. I was very dissapointed as was my family.
