Only one block from the heart of the downtown shopping and restaurant district, The Lemonade Stand is a beautifully maintained three-bedroom, two-bath property with a fully fenced-in yard. Located within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach, this home is perfectly situated for your vacation stay.

Newly remodeled with all the amenities you need, The Lemonade Stand is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or week-long family vacations.

Our beautifully decorated space features gleaming hardwood floors throughout and is loaded with all the comforts of home. The spacious open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and custom cabinets stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With multiple dining areas, you can choose the perfect spot to enjoy your meals, whether you’re dining in or exploring the many dining options in Ocean Springs.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge on mid-century modern furniture in front of a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Local artwork decorates the space throughout the home.

There are three bedrooms: two with King beds and one with a Queen, all equipped with flat-screen Roku Smart TVs.

In the back of the home, you’ll find covered and uncovered seating areas perfect for relaxing. A propane griddle is available for cooking out.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, four flat-screen TVs, and much more.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking.***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

While at The Lemonade Stand, you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay. But if you can tear yourself away, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we are an easy walk to the local golf cart rental place on Government Street. We are right across the street from the Mary C. O'Keefe Cultural Center and within walking distance to restaurants, unique gift shops, festivals, parades, parks, pickleball courts, museums, and beaches.

The house was very clean. The location is great, very convenient and walkable to downtown Ocean Springs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in town visiting family

This was the perfect hide away, close to everhting yet quiet. The accomodation was great enough space for six to spreadout. The kitchen was fully equiped, and the beds large and clean. We will stay there again.

Well equipped kitchen plus outdoor Black Stone gas grill. Pet friendly. Host responded to all questions quickly. Great to have both a living room and sunroom plus backyard seating- space for everyone. Lots of windows to enjoy natural lighting. Location is a plus to allow safely walking to restaurants and local entertainment.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed staying at The Lemonade Stand! It is in a nice, quiet area. It didn’t take long to get to the beach, downtown, or a park. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ocean Springs!

This was a great place to stay for our friends getaway. House was decorated cute, clean and comfortable beds. It is in a great location, you can walk to government street. Definitely would recommend this house and hope to be back.

Right around the corner from shopping and restaurants. The house was so cute! The owner put a lot of thought in the decor. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Yard was very well maintained with lots of shade. A breeze to check in and out!

Hidden Gem!

We were in OS visiting family and ran across the "lemonade stand"! This could be the best host/property manager is OS. Cute little house with plenty of room, very clean, and perfect location to downtown and a nice little walk to the beach! Definitely would enjoy staying here again!

The Lemonade Stand is great!!

The Lemonade Stand was a great place for five over 70 ladies! We have been friends since high school so was a great gathering place for us. The house was clean, homey, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable visit! The location was great as it was close to town and great places to shop & eat! Our host was very accommodating and answered any questions in a timely manner! We definitely recommend The Lemonade Stand and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Super neat place in cool neighborhood

Well, during our stay we saw a record snowfall, but other than that, out stay was marvelous. The place is very nice and cozy and decorated quite nicely. I loved the fenced yard all the way around the house. The checkout process was especially easy (some places want you to do a list of chores on top of your cleaning fee). I'd definitely stay here again.
