Bear Lake Mountain Cabin in Utah
This is a wonderful summer Bear Lake retreat for a single family or couple looking for privacy or to get away. Beaver Mountain Resort and downtown Garden City within 10 minutes and surrounded by many miles of trails. Terrific views of Bear Lake!
The cabin has an office counted as a bedroom and would require an inflatable, futon, or sleeper sofa to use it as a bedroom (negotiable).
There are luxury homes in the area. The cabin sits on near 4 acres.
There is significant driveway parking.
Note: Minimum 30 day HOA booking requirement. The Home Owners Association (HOA) rules for the community require minimum 30 day rentals. As a result, we have competitively priced the cabin to allow guests to book for the minimum 30 days even if you choose to stay for less time than that amount. Please note that the same original guest must only use the property for the entire time.
