**During the month of March and April you MUST be 25 to rent this property**

Welcome to Sunrise Beach Condominium! This beautifully, freshly renovated unit is located on the beach and enjoys breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional bunk room makes this condo unit the ultimate family get-away! This condo gives families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while the little one's nap behind closed doors. The unit has one king bed in the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, a twin over twin bunk bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the common space living room. MAX occupancy is 8 people. The full-sized stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

-Parking passes are $55 per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link below.

-(8 Wristbands are provided in the unit upon check-in. They will need to be placed back into basket/on the kitchen counter upon departure for future guest use. They are $5 dollars apiece and can be purchased at the HOA office on L5, if lost. The HOA will replace them for free if they are accidentally broken.)

-A $500 refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the $55 damage insurance instead

Clean with a great view from the 16th floor. Kitchen is very accommodating. We stayed from Feb 13-17. Beds were comfy however, I need a fitted sheet to stay on the bed. Other than that, our stay was just perfect.

Would have been a 5 star review, but the smaller bedroom had no working light or fan for a few days. I reported it, but was told maintenance was gone for the day. It took a couple days for the manager to reach out and get it taken care of. Other than that, the place was absolutely amazing. Definitely will be staying here again!

WOULD ABSOLUTELY 100% STAY AGAIN

Condo was was 100% as advertised. It was a very peaceful and relaxing, 3 night stay. Friendly staff onsite. Clean pools! Great parking with 1 time fee, and easy access Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Great views of the Gulf of Mexico and steps from the beach!!! Recommend having a meal at Sharky's and Barefoot Hide-A-Away both within a short walking distance from the condo.

Perfect view of the Gulf Of America! The sunsets were stunning! I love an ocean front balcony The condo was very spacious and very nice! It looked just like the photos! My only complaint is with the elevators! Two of the only four elevators were working! One day there was only one functioning elevator so the wait time was more than ridiculous. I reached out about the issue, I wasn’t notified ahead of time about the maintenance/repair/construction. I was not compensated because I was told they weren’t notified either So my advice call ahead before you go to check on any maintenance/repairs that might impact your stay because you have to do these things yourself obviously

1610 A great condo only

Fantastic Condo on the Beach. But that is all you get. The kitchen is not functional at all. No cutting board, no strainer, no tongs, really anything you need is missing. The post advertises a grill. There are 2 nice grills but no grilling utensils provided. The condo is on the beach but there are no beach towels, chairs, or anything for the beach. Finally, the fire inspectors showed up while we were there and the fire inspector identified multiple outdated fire alarms. Despite this being a clean and very nice condo in a great location, I will not stay here again.

Nice room

The room was very nice… but not clean! I had to sweep the floors and wash all bedding on master bed! I had to wipe down almost everything in the room.

Great location, poor management

I’m torn on this review because the condo location of itself is great. It’s right on the water and walking distance to three restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and some shops. The condo was beautiful decorated however I’d rather have a functioning condo vs beautifully decorated. We received message our condo was ready to check in early which we were happy about. The day we arrived the condo floors were filthy and visible dust clumps were floating around. I sent message on check in day via VRBO app with no response. The following day I sent another message as we quickly realized the listed hairdryer under amenities posted online was not there. Still no reply after 24 hours so i called the number they provided if we had any concerns. I called three times with no answer and left a VM. Finally after 48 hours i was able to get through to someone and they happily sent a housekeeper over to touch the floors and provided a hair dryer although the hair dryer they brought (one dryer for 2 bathrooms and it was randomly a wall mount hair dryer that we awkwardly passed back and forth). The following day the master bathroom shower door broke causing water to leak all over if you attempted to use the shower. Again no answer on provided phone number and no reply to VM that i left. When I got ahold of someone they sent over maintenance who came over and told us “i rigged something up”. Zero basic kitchen supplies if you want to actually cook in the condo.
