Relax in this newly remodeled downstairs unit. Meticulously clean, new beds, furn & more. This is the lower unit of single family home located in a quiet safe SW suburb of SF. Fenced backyard and free onsite laundry room (avail to both units). Secured keypad entrance (self checkin) for both front entry and each individual unit. 3/4 bath, kitchenette (minifridge, micro, coffee mkr). Very short drive to Hospitals, PremierCenter, DT SF, Falls Park, EmpireMall and WildWtrWest. Nearby Gas/Pharmacy.

*1 queen sized bed, kitchenette, and 1 bath
*Secured keypad entrance (self check-in) for both front entry and each individual unit
*This is the lower unit of single family home with free onsite laundry room (available to both units)
*>5 mins to gas/pharmacy/grocery store
*>15 min drive to local hospitals, Premier Center, DTSF, Empire Mall and Wild Water West.

The property has a front yard and a driveway for guests to park on. Guests will enter the front door using a secured keypad/self-check in and head down the steps to their enter their unit with a secured keypad.

The laundry room is on the lower level and is the only shared amenity.

The unit has a 1 queen sized bed, kitchenette, and 1 bath.

Guests may enter through the front door using a secure keycode and head downstairs. They will pass by the laundry room on the way to their unit and enter their unit using a secured keypad.

This property is tucked in a safe, quiet neighborhood with mature trees. It is conveniently located between 57th street and 41st street for quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and/or work.

Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available.

It was perfect for me and my dog. Had a fenced backyard and the laundry. It was close to shopping and fast food. And it was on a quiet street. Will stay here again next year.

Wonderful Stay

Chris was a welcoming host. His communications were always helpful and clear. We stopped here for a couple of nights during a long road trip. The space was comfortable for a short visit and allowed us to get some much needed rest! Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard. We would definitely stay here again next time we pass through Sioux Falls.

Clean and comfortable in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our own fault we had difficulty using the entry codes. Those codes are certainly great for security.

In town to visit relatives. Large living room was comfortable, as was the minimal kitchen area (microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs).Had plastics knives, but no spoons or forks.Bed was comfortable, could do with an extra pillow. Bathroom was adequate, but no washcloths, only making removal towelettes. Can’t wash up your body with those! All towels were damp - when inquiring, apparently the cleaning service placed them there damp because they didn’t allow enough time to properly dry before finishing cleaning the unit. Walls next to the sink and toilet had holes in the tile where hard where was previously mounted. Caulking around toilet was torn/missing in spots. Main issue was plenty of black mold at the bottom of the shower door. All of these issues could easily be addressed by the crew caring for the unit.Both upper and lower units appear to be rented, but the concrete driveway only accommodates one car (should be noted in description).If an extra hour was put into caring for the unit, it would have received five stars.
