Relax and unwind in our newly renovated, single-level 2-bedroom home, designed with comfort, cleanliness, and sustainability in mind. Nestled just minutes from Sherman Park Softball Fields and the Great Plains Zoo, this cozy retreat is the perfect base for families, couples, and travelers of all kinds. Individualized front door code to access home, ring camera located on front door only for security.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Kelsey was very accommodating, the home was really comfortable, newly remodeled and equipped with new appliances and lots of special touches, and the location and parking.were very convenient. We had a fabulous time, and the home has awesome karma!

Great little house! Clean and remodeled with a super convenient and easy to find location. A family with a couple kids would be great but there is space for more if you need. Kitchen and bathroom were both new modern clean and convenient. I definitely hope to stay here again because of how easy the location is for all the events we come to Sioux Falls for. minutes from the interstate and the premier center.

This house was perfect! Charming, super clean, and a quiet neighborhood. Great location too! Every where we drove to was within 15 mins and the host was quick to respond to questions! Five-star stay for sure!

Great house with everything I needed. And it was really close to all of the softball and baseball fields for a tournament we were there for. We walked instead of having to deal with the parking over there. It was amazing.

The property was very clean and hospitable. The host are very easy to work with and they were extra flexible when we had to stay an extra night due to a snow storm. We will definitely stay here again!
