Adorable, clean, and pet friendly. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved being able to bring our two corgis with us on vacation. Our children loved the outdoor space with the hot tub. The house is very close to a major grocery store. It also wasn’t far from Main St and other dining spots. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

This house is just perfect for a get away to Fredericksburg. So cutely decorated. Has everything you need while staying. And best part for us was we could walk to great restaurants and Main Street. Park your car and leave it. We will definitely be returning.

He provided not only details for the property, but also for the surrounding area.The house was charming, - beautiful colors and furniture well matched to the space. Plenty of comfortable spaces for 4 adults. Backyard was private with relaxing spaces. We loved the firepit - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Although we didn't use the hot tub, it was well maintained and ready for use.Highly recommend!.

Great stay!

My girlfriend and I shared this house for a weekend getaway and loved it. The check in process was very easy and the house has an incredible interior and backyard. We spent lot of time in the hot tub. It is right by the H-E-B for groceries and within walking distance to downtown. We would stay here again!

Very nice home away from home with a great location to downtown attractions. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with all amenities you may need. We did need to contact the host and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay in this home if we visit Fredericksburg again.
