Your cozy getaway awaits in Hill City at this wonderful bungalow. This is an adult only property kids over 14 welcome. With 2 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms. Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Great stay

A smaller place, but plenty of space for the two of us. Very clean, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We Really Enjoyed this Cozy, Beautiful Little Place! It was Perfect!So close to Hill City if you wanted to run into town also had atv trails close bye.The Best Part was the Host & Hostess they made us feel So Welcomed. We Definitely will come back to this Cozy Home!!!

Wonderful experience

Host checked us in and was very helpful. Very clean and had everything we needed! Hill city was the perfect place to stay to maximize our time in the Black Hills and see as much as possible. Definitely recommend this property!

Location perfection

The location of this tiny home is perfect, close to town, and yet close to Custer & Mt.Rushmore. Everything you need is there, my son (14) loved sleeping in the loft. Plenty spacious for 3 of us. Hot tub and outside porch looked inviting but was raining when we were at the house! Great communication from the owner and would definitely recommend

Excellent!

We took a quick weekend getaway to the Black Hills and stayed in this adorable tiny home. Check in was great, the house was clean and the beds were comfy. Great locstion near everything the Black Hills has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

This cozy bungalow was exactly as described. Very fresh, clean and plenty of supplies to save you sress of overpacking. Hot tub was private and in perfect working order.

Great time in the hills!

We enjoyed the location which is close to town yet in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching deer in the area. Everything was as stated and wonderful.

Amazing refresh!

We were blown away by the amount of small details on this property! The fresh air and hottub under the stars was just what we needed! The interior is beautifully decorated and clean the appliances were top notch, everything was labeled clearly and easy to find. They provided coffee creamer sugar, soap towels, granola bars, pop tarts, a candy dish. It was really lovely and we will be staying again!

Relaxing get away!

This place was private, serene with views of the hills and stars at night, hot tub was very welcome after a day of hiking, grilled great food and ate outside on the log table bar. Jim was a great host! We would come here again!
