Welcome to Haven Family Stays! This is a spacious, newly renovated daylight basement for medium to large groups. Very family friendly! Fun kid's bunkroom! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located vacation rental. Rural setting only a half mile from the interstate. Exactly halfway between the Creation Museum & Ark Encounter! The city of Florence with its restaurants and shopping is only 15 minutes away. Cincinatti, with its attractions & all that the big city has to offer is only 25 minutes away.

This gorgeous daylight basement rental has lots of beds and amenities for large groups and families! The fully decked out bunk room with arcade, toys, and games will entertain the kids for hours. Portable pack-and-play crib available for babies. Parents and adults will be able to relax in king size bedrooms or socialize in the fully furnished living space, with reclining furniture. The fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure for preparing delicious meals! There are fold-out futons in one king room and in the bunk room for extra sleeping space.

The space is accessed from its own private entrance with a private drive. There is plenty of private parking for up to 4 vehicles. The guest will enter the space using an unlock code sent to them prior to arrival. The entire lower level of the home is for guest use (almost 2000 sq. ft.) with no sharing of internal spaces. Guests will have access to their own washer and dryer. A dedicated thermostat controls the downstairs central heating & cooling system.

The host will be immediately accessible throughout your stay by mobile phone or through the booking app. We will respect your privacy unless you request face-to-face assistance.

Quiet, scenic, rural setting within 5 minutes of the convenience of Interstate 71/75. We are strategically located exactly halfway between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It is about a 25 minute drive to each. The city of Florence with its restaurants and shopping is only 15 minutes away. Cincinatti, with its attractions and all that the big city has to offer is only 25 minutes away. The beautiful cites of Lexington and Louisville are about an hour south.

Note: Our family does live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear some minor noise and footsteps from above from time-to-time.
That this is a spacious daylight BASEMENT vacation rental with a private exterior entrance and private driveway. Note that our family does live upstairs and you may hear us from time-to-time moving around upstairs. We do our best to observe quiet hours and will be very respectful of your privacy. Only book the space if you understand all this.
