You’ve got options for your morning brew—this condo comes stocked with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can sip your favorite cup before hitting the beach! Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this condo from the living room or take in the fresh coastal breeze from the private balcony. Stay close to home with access to a sparkling on-site pool and a private fishing pier for a relaxing retreat. Located across the street from County Park, which includes a playground, outdoor showers, lunch tables and access path to the beach with daytime beach lifeguard during summer season!

Location was great. Had a couple problems but manager handled immediately. Needs some upgrades on interior. Furniture dirty, mattresses worn. Kitchen was well stocked.

The perfect condo for an IOP getaway!

My mom and I took my two children (2.5 and 4) for a long weekend at IOP. This listing was just as advertised! Clean, tidy, spacious and the perfect location! We had such a great experience and would love to come back!

The only thing this was missing was stuff for the beach. Would have been nice to have beach towels, chairs, etc.

Great location, needs updates

Giving grace on the updates done cosmetically and provisions within, the property was lacking in some functional updates. Issues with plumbing, appliances, and A/C put a damper on our stay. The location and convenience and vibe of the area was absolutely amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The convenient location was wonderful! First floor and having a walk in shower in her bedroom was perfect for my older mother. Plenty of space! We had room to work on a puzzle every night. Having a kitchen meant we could save money by making our own breakfasts and lunches, we treated ourselves out to most dinners. Can hear footsteps of second floor, but that's expected. Overall we were very comfortable there.

Well oiled machine

Island realty is a smooth operation, check in, communication and checkout we’re so easy. Wife left her watch, we sent a text and it was at our house in two days. Highly recommend this company

Perfect getaway to unwind

We spent my wife’s birthday here. Originally, we were going to stay in Charleston as that was the destination. We changed our plans to stay here as it was just enough outside of town to keep us grounded and yet close enough that if we wanted to be busy, we could. The property was comfortable for our party of 3-4 and the balcony was great for evening times. Everything necessary (groceries, restaurants, laundry and beach) was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and the property and location had a lot to do with that. Thanks for having us!

Corner unit facing the beach side and the Main Street, perfect for people watching. Right across from the beach, with just a few steps to the sidewalk where you can proceed to the public beach park entry or the public beach access path. First floor, also convenient for trips in and out of the condo. Walking distance to EVRYTHING - shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Wonderful experience all the way around! I hope to visit again and stay in this unit.

Great spot

We had a great time here. A quick walk to some bars and restaurants, and being able to use the amenities of the resort across the street was perfect! Private beach access was very convenient, and fishing pier was a fun touch. The coin laundry being right next to the beach was not enticing, as that’s a lot of walking back and forth for laundry, but otherwise safe quiet neighborhood, clean property, everything as listed. Super easy check in and check out. Very responsive hosting with Island Realty. Hurricane Helene passed through while we were there and they were very informative giving emergency contacts and support throughout. I was very impressed by the service. Defined wouldn’t try to squeeze 6 people. Four would have been perfect. Adding more with the pullout couch would have made it VERY crowded.

Reviewer Comments: This 2BR/2BA condo was perfect for our family, with comfy beds ((including 2 beds in 2nd BR), a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking in, private access on 1st floor just a few steps up from parking spot. Comfy furniture in living room, beautiful ocean breezes on balcony facing ocean. Private beach access to the east, lovely park on north, front beach dining/shopping on south, and gas/groceries/connector on west. Only suggestions to owner would be to clean upholstery and shower curtain and repair bathroom sink stopper. We will definitely return.

Our condo smelt as though the guest before us cooked seafood in it right before they left. (Not a good smell!). A quick trip to Harris Teeters for a bottle of Febreeze and it was tolerable.All the staff members we came in contact with were extremely nice and helpful. I won’t hesitate to book we them again.

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. A peek of the ocean is visible from the balcony. Quick check in promptly @ 4:00. No extra trash bags in kitchen bin, but grocery bags were adequate instead. Rear bedroom wall connects with stairs outside, so footsteps are minimally muffled. Pleasant experience overall & would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all, we had a nice stay at this vacation rental. For our family of 4, it was a good size. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Master bedroom was comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was perfect for the sunrises, which were beautiful! The area was nice and quiet. A few things we were disappointed in: the twin bed in the second bedroom was so loud with every little move, our son had to sleep on the couch the last night of our stay--please consider replacing it for future guests! Our second night there, I was greeted by a lone roach when I walked into the master. Didn't see any others, but it sure made us leery the rest of the stay. Cleaning service should vacuum under the beds much more frequently.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice location, easy access to beach and pier. But as far as cooking in the kitchen for the 2 of us was a major problem. Only one usable fry pan in good condition to cook with and it’s only 6 inch the others need to be trashed. Only one small sauce pot in good condition the other one needs to be trashed. There was no steamer pot for us to cook crabs in , and no mallets. It was terrible trying to cook. You can not cook properly with the cookware in this kitchen even for just two people, very disappointed considering what we paid to rent this condo. If the owners would go out and buy all new cookware , so you could actually cook properly I would rent this unit again.

Great location, was very well stocked - very happy with the rental. Master bedroom bureau needs to be updated or at least drawers fixed so they don't fall out. Both bathroom fans were not working which in a small place needs to be working. But overall enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palm and at Oceanside C109

We love the beach and pier access just steps away and all the great places on the island are less than a block away. I promise you, you will have the time of your life! Private Review:We love C-109, both toilets need to be rebuilt, both are leaking and wasting water. also need a in-kitchen bug lamp for the small flying nats, they were terrible. I almost went over to HT and just bought one. See ya in a few months.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice condo over all, there was a few minor things that was not in working order. The only real complaint I have is there is only 1 parking pass. You pay a lot of money to stay here for a week and we have 2 vehicles. They expect you to pay to park in the other lot. I do not think this is far what so ever! Also The Hurricane run us out we only was able to enjoy 1 day at the beach. No fault of ocean realty! I will come back, but strongly suggest allowing 2 parking passes per room again.
