Nestled in the charming Indian Shores community, vacation seekers are treated to a holiday with a relaxed and happy environment to unwind, relax, and enjoy.
Admire award-winning views of the Gulf from your exquisite private balcony. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a spacious living area featuring two full-size couches and tasteful, stylish upscale furnishings. The fully equipped cheerful kitchen has all major appliance. The main suite hosts a king bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Multiple families vacationing? Ask about renting both 705 & 706 next door to each other!
Indian Shores Is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It Is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for Its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It Is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals In the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Pali<.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Beds are made with fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: PPI insurance is required for all guests renting with us and will be listed in --/-- Vacations as "other charges" and will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Damage that exceeds the $3000 will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
