Clearwater Beach Retreats at Bayside Suite 2

Summary:

Kick back and relax in this serene, stylish newly renovated space. Just steps from the Mandalay Channel and 4 blocks from the beach, this fresh take on a one-bedroom apartment will delight. The new kitchen is well appointed to serve your meal prep needs, and a high-top live edge table is a happy gathering place for friends and family. This space can be rented along with our adjoining Bayview 3 unit, if desired and available. Laundry room is located on the far side of the building and is free for guests to use.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located right outside of the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Clearwater Beach is an authentic Mid-Century town. Sea birds, tropical plants, and plenty to see and do add to the sublime atmosphere you’ll be sure to love.



Getting Around:

There is a free parking space available, one space per unit right up front. Jolley Trolley is available for transportation to Publix for groceries and access to nearby entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.



Interaction with Guests:

Maintenance is nearby.
