Sea Breezes全体を見るには、必ずフォトギャラリーの最後にあるビデオをご覧ください。 正式にはコーエンコテージとして知られている海風は、3つのバスを備えた海岸に直接ある2ベッドルームのコテージです。 1つのバスにはシャワーと洗濯機/乾燥機があります。 1つは2人用シャワーで、3つ目は一人用シャワーです。 2階のベッドルームには、フラットスクリーンテレビと2つの双子を備えた1階にキングスイートがあります。 リビングエリアには、最大6名まで宿泊できるスリープソファがあります。 コテージは東に面しており、デッキで朝のコーヒーを作り、水面を見下ろします。 私たちのテナントが使用するために、水辺に手rowぎボートとタンデムカヤックを備えた他の2つのコテージとの共有ドックがあります。

Sea Breezes was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the fabulous sunrises & evening cocktails on the deck, beautifully landscaped grounds, & the comfortable & well furnished accommodations. It was very quiet & peaceful, we especially enjoyed seeing the tide come in/out, and hearing loons, geese, & gulls.

We loved our time at Sea Breezes and were not ready to come home! Such a quiet peaceful setting with easy access to Acadia. We had the best time exploring during the day and then enjoying the stunning views in the evening. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! Waking up to sunshine and incredible views made our stay absolutely perfect. We enjoyed getting out on the peaceful harbor with the kayak and rowboat. We are so thankful for this beautiful cottage on the Quiet side of the island. The cottage was just wonderful, clean, great location, and the grounds were amazing. Thank you!

This is a wonderful area and property. We felt very safe. The pantry was well stocked as well as the lovely dishes available. The view was amazing. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The only thing is if it is put up for sale I could easily live there. Thank you

Lovely location and home. Nicely stocked with good quality items. Easy drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia access. Great little town of Southeast Harbor had nice shops and restaurants. Bass Harbor as well. Sadly the tides did not cooperate with us, so using the kayaks and row boat didn’t work when we were home. The extreme tides make it impossible to use these at low tide. We were always out sightseeing during the day when tide was high. Just a comment. Timing is everything!!! Otherwise it would have been perfect!!PS We saw the most amazing double rainbow from our deck. Thank you for a lovely restful abode.

Lovely house with gorgeous views. It is located on the quieter side of the island which we definitely appreciated while still being close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house was clean and the availability of kayaks was a nice bonus.

Perfect Mount Desert Island Home

Our family of four, with two teens, just stayed here for a week. The home and property were exactly as described, and Stacy was communicative and responsive throughout the process. The location of the home—on the “quiet side” of MDI—was perfect. A short drive to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and other area attractions, but nestled on the waterfront in a quiet setting. The kayaks and rowboat were an added bonus for adventuring during high tide. Would happily stay here again.

Very Nuce Property

Everything about this property was wonderful, cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the bay. It’s mostly private, you do share a dock and kayaks with at least one other cottage. Bass Harbor is our favorite part of MDI, quiet with three of our favorite restaurants, great hiking trails, easy to get to other parts of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful waterfront property near Acadia!

Property was absolutely beautiful! We loved that we could enjoy dinner out on the deck and my kids loved exploring the garden. The view was lovely and the house/property had everything we needed. Spacious for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. About a 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia, which was perfect since it was much more peaceful on this side of the island. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Enjoy the view

Property was the actual highlight of our trip. Acadia was beautiful, lobster plentiful, but this proprty was jaw dropping. Clean, well-appointed, and the best views in Bar Harbor. Woke up every morning to peace amd nature-filled views and excitement.

Beautiful Location!

We loved this cottage! Very clean, and everything seemed new. Perfect for a relaxing stay for our family. The location was great! Enjoyed the view from the patio. We got great use of the binoculars that were provided as an eagle flew right over one morning, it was amazing to watch. We were 5 minutes from Bass harbor where we booked a fantastic fishing tour and The Seafood Ketch restaurant which was great!

Quiet and comfortable

We have rented various properties around MDI for the past 10 years, and Sea Breezes was the best. Located in Tremont, the area is quiet and out of the crowded "Ellsworth - Bar Harbor" corridor. And even though we had longer car rides to the east side trails and attractions, the car rides were beautiful traveling through Mount Desert Island. Locally, we found excellent restaurants around the Bass Harbor area, and a convenient IGA grocery store in Southwest Harbor. That said, we recommend buying groceries for the week in Ellsworth on your way in, for better variety and cheaper prices. A unique feature of this house is that it is on the tidal bay, so every 6 hours you either see water or mud flats. We are "birders", so we enjoyed watching the birds feed at low tide, and enjoyed kayaking (with the complimentary kayaks) at high tide. We had 3 adults, and the house was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The grounds around the house had hammocks, and had a "resort" feel. Very nice! We had a few interactions with Stacy, and she was responsive, and quickly answered our questions. We really enjoyed staying in Sea Breezes, and hope to return.

Excellent setting, beautiful grounds, well appointed

This property is the most thoughtfully and well appointed property we've stayed at thus far. The setting is private with well landscaped grounds and a beautiful view of the tidal cove that it's situated on. Very comfortable accommodations for 4 adults. All of the amenities you could ask for including kayaks. Great location, very convenient to Southwest Harbor. Hopefully coming back next year.

Great family trip with my Dad, Wife and 5 yr old son. The house had a great setting on the water with easy access to the shared dock. Our son loved checking on the tides each day. House is well provisioned with lots of windows and grounds are very well kept. Would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home base for a trip to Acadia!

My husband I loved staying here with our two young kids (6 and 20 months). The property is beautiful and well maintained - our kids loved the hammocks and dock and we loved how private it felt. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The blackout shades in the bedrooms were a nice added touch with our toddler. Stacy was very responsive both before and during our stay. We will definitely return when we book another trip to MDI.
