We’d like to share that the room was fully refreshed last year, including the wood panel design, which reflects a newer, modern trend we’ve thoughtfully incorporated. We completely understand that design preferences and definitions of “chic” can vary from person to person. That said, we don’t feel that “cheap” accurately reflects the quality and care that went into the update. We’re also sorry to hear that cleanliness did not meet expectations. If we had known during your stay, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to make it right for you. Providing a comfortable and well-prepared space is very important to us, and we’ll continue working with our team to ensure consistent standards. Hi Janice, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I wanted to clarify that the vents are unlikely to leak moisture unless the balcony doors are left open while the air conditioning is running. Due to the coastal weather, the humidity levels can be quite high, which leads to significant condensation. Please kindly keep the balcony door closed. Jen

Dear Jennifer, we really appreciate your feedback and apologize for the wrappers which left under couch and did not clean out. Cleanliness has been and always on the top of our priority. The cleaning company should do better job! I wish you reported the issue during your stay so we could have an opportunity to correct it. After received your review, I have contacted the cleaning company and setup a follow up plan to correct the issue for future.
