Girls Trip

My daughter, my niece & myself went for a week. Everything was great! Contactless check-in was a plus. The place was very clean. We loved all of it & would definitely recomend. We are looking into when we can come back.

Awesome Location

We stayed a few days before the July 4th crowd arrived. Location was amazing and the view was just what we wanted. You could just about walk to anywhere you’d want to. Even got to see some pre 4th fireworks from the nearby pier! Would stay here again!

Family vacation

Overall good condo in great location. Within walking distance to family kingdom and the boardwalk. Great views and plenty of space for large family. Only complaint is lack of supplies, they only give the bare minimum for soap,trash bags,etc.

Overall its was a nice place the view was awesome the condo was remodeled as shown the floors not as clean as it needs to be and the tub in master bathroom can’t be used the drain was broken But overall a good find will stay here again thanks

The view was amazing. So close to the beach/ocean. The place was very clean. Close to everything, you can easily walk wherever you’d want to go. My daughter loved that we were so close to the amusement park

Wonderful condo with beautiful views! We had beautiful weekend, beach was perfect. Located right on the ocean and close to everything: Boardwalk and Broadway. The condo was clean, spacious for our group. Really wonderful experience in Myrtle Beach!

Nice place, good location

Property was as described. My only complaints have nothing to do with the actual listing or host and more to do with other people not being decent humans :) I would stay again.

Great condo on the Beach

Very very clean condo. Everything you need is there.Great view ,close to entertainment, on the pier. Beach,good restaurants. This condo is in a great location and a very good manager. Hope that is available when we are ready to go to Myrtle Beach this summer and next winter . 5STAR for sure

Excellent location

Overall, this was a great experience. The location was easy to get to and right on the beach. The pillows were not comfortable and did not have pillowcases that fit the entire pillow and some pillows were dirty. But overall, very happy with this Vrbo. Check-in/check-out was very easy. If we were to make any suggestions, I’d suggest hangers in the closet and a small cooler that guests could take to the beach.

Cheer competition

We came to the beach for a cheer competition for my two girls. Everything was great. The only issue was there was a gas leak in the building and we did not have hot water Saturday night and Sunday.

just what doctor ordered

need to get away for the holidays and have been to Myrtle Beach before in a motorhome. First time in condo.. Ocean front beautiful view only on 8th floor so no fear of hights clean everything you need GREAT PLACE GO STAY we where there for 30 days and are talking about going back

Pools on site were always dirty - cigarettes floating in them daily!

Rooms were smaller than pictures indicate - very tight for more than a couple and did not have sufficient soap / toilet paper for the duration of stay. Host didn’t reply for request how to get additional soap!

We enjoyed our stay!

The owner was extremely helpful and helped fix any issues we had immediately. The pools were heated which made our stay very enjoyable even though it was a little chilly. The indoor pool was pretty cloudy but the outdoor pool looked to be in better condition. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. We found wrappers of all kinds (Capri suns and condoms. *Someone was being safe! Good for you!*)under the beds and in the couch. Made me think the condo wasn’t as deep cleaned as advertised. Overall, we had a great stay. Lots to do in the area. Great location.

Pros and Cons

Pros: LOCATION, scenic beauty from living room, overall cleanliness (we did find snack trash under an end table while picking something up off the floor), beautiful heater/fireplace, quiet building for Christmas. Cons: Kitchen has all appliances but if you are going to cook, plan on shopping for EVERYTHING (foil, plastic wrap, spices, cleaning products such as 407, a sponge, etc.). We were provided ONE kitchen towel, dishwashing detergent and a piece of a sponge measuring 1 1/2 in. by 3 in. and about 1/4 of an inch thick, as well as one dishwasher tab. This is our first VRBO stay in over 25 years that had such sparse supplies on hand. Beautiful bathrooms but TERRIBLE OUTDATED shower heads that were useless. The water pressure was good everywhere except the shower. It was practically impossible to rinse off with the water pressure.

Not relaxing in the slightest

First, there is nothing and I mean nothing stocked in the full kitchen. Not even salt and pepper. Not a single hanger in either closet. No pool towels. We primarily stay in VRBO properties when we travel. This place was not in a sad neighborhood. We even had locals meet us to walk on the beach and they told us it was a rough area. We were not aware. The pool and lazy river look so peaceful but are the furthest thing from it. There are no less than 100 people mostly large families with a ton of unsupervised children hanging out loudly from 10am-9pm +. Also no bathroom in the pool area. All 100 of those people supposedly go up to their condos every time they need to. Even if it’s on the 21st floor. The pools were cleaned every morning but were trashed by mid day. Property staff is no where to be found. We saw housekeeping a few times (non English speaking).. we will not be back here or to the area.

Nightmare

We got into the unit and discussed water seeping up through the floor in the bedroom. You could see that it was wicking up the wall. We immediately contacted the person who had rented the unit and told her that we were not going to stay there and she asked if we could wait until the property manager could come, which was the next day in the afternoon. We were not going to do that. We would be moving out as soon as possible. We asked for a full refund and we heard nothing back from the unit owner. I also was in touch with the Vrbo home site and had explained the issue and they were going to check into it. We have not heard back from them yet either. We sent both people pictures and requested them for a refund but nothing has happened yet. Besides the water, online description was not as expected but was a work in progress not a finished product.

Unit ok, building terrible

The unit is exactly as advertised. Spacious, great for kids, and recently remodeled. However the building is worse for wear. The only employee for the building is across the street. In the week we stayed there, trash was left in the trash rooms and hallways. Sand in the elevators, common areas and hallways was also left for days at a time. More the half of the water aspects for the lazy river and splash pad weren't working and one hot tub had sat green and broken for much more than a week. Trash had started to gather inside it. The pool area is also not checked or cleaned, chairs left all over the place, beer cans and other trash left about for days. Guests, including my wife spend time cleaning before setting up. There is also a corner of the patio covered in sand. Light fixtures in the pool area also not working or coveres missing entirely. Fencing around the pool and Resort also broken. When speaking to some other guests that stay regularly, they mentioned that throughout the years it has been a rapid decline. Next door to this building is the "Sandy Beach Resort", looks much better upkept and the splash pad for the kids is much bigger. If I was a unit owner I would be very upset. Great condo! Terrible building.
