This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It's in great shape with new LVP flooring. The Screen porch has a great view of the lake. You can even see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom window. This adorable condo features a king bed (with Purple Mattress) and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Beach Cottage Get Away

This rental was just the right pick for our trip. It had a cute cottage feel, and the decor and furniture fit perfectly. The furniture was very comfortable with a nice size dining table and chairs for dinner and a comfy couch for an evening of watching a movie. Each room was spacious for our luggage and to freely move around in. It was a two bedroom which each had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of room for my husband, me, and our adult daughter who stayed with us a couple of nights during our stay there. The kitchen was very well equipped. The best equipped we have ever stayed in. The walk to the beach isn't far, about 5 to 7 minutes. It was tucked away in a quiet and quaint area in the back of the complex. We aren't pool people, but the pool is next to the building so pool people will like the convenience.. No pool views from the condo which was nice. I don't like to look out my windows to a pool view. Instead, the views were of a quiet lake and trees, very serene. We were very happy with our stay. Thanks!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our window was breathtaking.We especially appreciated the modern decor and cozy bedding, which made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and entertainment options. One of the highlights was the easy access to a variety of activities. Whether we were looking to relax on the beach, enjoy the local nightlife, everything was conveniently close by. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Myrtle Beach. We can't wait to return for another memorable vacation!

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
