気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニ ケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This property is more like a discount hotel than a VRBO . When we arrived there was no one on site to help with check-in. When we called to get check-in instructions it took four hours to receive a return phone call. They were missing basic items like hangars and paper towels, basic kitchen cooking supplies like salt and pepper and there were ABSOLUTELY NO BEACH ITEMS left like towels, chairs or an umbrella (so why are you charging a resort fee???). The photo on the website was deceptive making it look as though it were in another complex. They said they were doing “maintenance on the pool” but they were actually working on the facade doing power washing and painting. And finally, there wasn’t a single bifold door that was functional, the shower and tub were stained and every door and baseboard looked dingy. There was even a green spray of something all over the walls by the kitchen. Overall the property needs to be deeply cleaned, painted and managed like a rental property. I would NOT recommend this property.
