Welcome to Chasing Sunsets, a bright coastal retreat just a 2-minute walk from the beach in South Padre Island.

This 2nd floor remodeled condo is perfect for couples or small families, sleeping up to 4 guests with a comfortable queen bedroom and bunk beds in the living area.

After a day at the beach, relax on the patio with charcoal BBQ grill to grill your catch of the day, burgers or fajitas, enjoy board games, or walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions including a 15 minute walk to Gravity Park.

Guests love the central island location — park your car and walk almost everywhere.

Very nice location, nice large living room and kitchen area we did not eat at the room but more than ample area to enjoy, check in was a breeze, slight issue with Wi Fi but Alex was on it quick we will definitely be staying here again

My partner and I had a great stay here! We came to South Padre for our babymoon, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was clean, orderly, and having beach towels and the JBL was a great addition. I don’t have anything negative to say, Alex was very communicative, location was great, everything as described. We came during spring break, and aside from the music behind us that went until 10pm every night (it was pretty loud, we could not go to bed until it was over - no fault of the owner, simply just the location), there was no noise. Truly a gem. We will be coming back to stay here in the future, it was just so clean, nice, and convenient!! Thank you so much, Alex! We loved our stay!

Chasing Sunsets is centrally located, 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to Gravity Park. This means you can park and leave your car and walk to many attractions on the island!

Clean and colorful, we provide board games, beach toys, we have a charcoal grill and you can see fireworks from gravity park in a clear night. The property backs up to an open bar. Quiet hours goes into effect at 10 pm
