Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
The lower-level home welcomes up to four guests with two cozy bedrooms and two beds. Each room features a memory foam hybrid mattress, soft linens, and thoughtful touches for relaxation. The Tree Room includes a streaming TV, full-length mirror, and makeup mirror with hairdryer, while the Wood Room offers a workspace and rustic wooden accents. A third bedroom remains locked for smaller groups.

Living area
Inside, the open living space invites you to rest and reconnect. A 50-inch smart TV, record player with LPs, sound system, and collection of books, DVDs, and board games make evenings in as enjoyable as exploring Seattle. Natural wood details and gentle lighting create a calm, homey atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking basics. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. For affordability, this unit is a 3 bedroom that has one room locked off.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
