Communication from the host was excellent. The condo is conveniently located. The condo was clean, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. I would definitely stay again!

Loved that it was gated and quiet. The owner was very helpful. Fyi it is three stories and the bedrooms are on the top floor, living room, kitchen, dining, and half bath are on 2nd floor and the front door entry is on first floor. Would stay again!

Great stay!

All great! Property was in a good safe location close to Texas Tech. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, clean, perfectly located for where we needed to be during this visit. The beds were very comfortable and the temps in the unit were just right the entire visit. Loved the gated community and how close our parking was to the unit. We would gladly stay here again and again. There's plenty of stairs to contend with when accessing or exiting the home so be wary of that if you stay here but if stairs don't bother you then I absolutely recommend visiting the Texas Tech Condo. Nash was readily available and communicated like a true professional if need be!

Family surgery

We needed to be close to UMC Medical Center is why we chose this property. Very well maintained property, very clean. Be prepared for lots of stairs! Would rent this again, if needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Location is great (close to Tech) and check in was simple. Condo was lovely and there are assigned parking spots which was helpful.There are 2 flights of stairs. One set at the entrance, to lead to the second floor that has kitchen, dining, living room and half bath. Then a second flight of stairs where the bedrooms/bath and washer/dryer are located. Lovely place and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay at the Texas Tech Condo

By far, this was the easiest check in/check out I've ever experienced. The condo was very clean and basic supplies were provided. The property manager was prompt with answers to any questions we had. The kitchen was plenty big enough for me to make a nice Thanksgiving Dinner and the Roku television is massive! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Excellent Location & Host

I love the location! We were visiting our Red Raider for Sibling Saturday and being close to campus was very nice. We felt very safe with the gated community and easy access to everything we needed. A minor issue arose while we were there, but Nash was quick to respond to my messages and came right out to address the issue & got it resolved quickly. THANK YOU! I highly recommend this condo! We would gladly come back again.

Great location and property. Enjoyed our visit. The only thing that I might have missed in the description of the property is that you have to be able to manage 2 flights of stairs. My 82 year old mother in law struggled with this but again, I must have missed this in the description. I personally would stay here again. Thanks so much.
