Great communication from booking all the way through to check out. Great location, just minutes from the TTU campus. Condo was clean and in a nice location. Parking was super easy and nice that we had two assigned spots.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was amazing how convenient it was to Texas Tech and local shops. Communication with Property was fast and informative. Plenty of parking. Thank you for the opportunities and we will add this location to our favorites for the next visit to Lubbock.

Nash was very attentive and quick to answer any questions. The condo was clean and we had everything that we needed. Multiple smart TVs in the rooms for nights in were appreciated. Keurig available for coffee drinkers. Full kitchen washer/dryer if needed. Hotels were more expensive the days we stayed at the condo AND you get way more staying at Nash’s place than you would at a hotel. Thanks, Nash!

The host is great! Communication was never a problem - always replied promptly. Very clean, close to Tech & Walmart, and you also get covered parking. This place is definitely 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lubbock. You won’t find a better place! Stop looking and book this place before someone else does You will be glad you did! I would book this place again and again. Highly recommend to families needing something close to Texas Tech.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Instructions on how to get there and find the condo were very easy to follow. It was very conveniently located to our son and all activities we had planned at Texas Tech. Communication with the host was easy and would definitely recommend this property.
