Enjoy free parking, an indoor fireplace, spa-like shower, outside patio and more. Indulge in relaxation and convenience while immersing yourself in the diverse attractions of the city. Explore the trendy boutiques, visit renowned museums, savor local cuisine, and experience the vibrant energy of Chicago.



Your top-floor retreat is where modern comfort meets smart design. The living room and kitchenette seamlessly blend together, flooded with natural light. On the right, a dining area is ready for meals, while further back, a private workspace awaits.



Beyond the workspace, you'll find the cozy bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with soft linens. The unique open connection between the bedroom and living room adds a spacious touch to the layout.



The living room is set for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee, teas, and essentials.



The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a generous walk-in shower, while a shared laundry room is conveniently accessible through the common staircase, complete with washer, dryer, and detergent.

Lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay. The AC stopped working toward the end of our trip and unfortunately couldn't be repaired before checkout, but Thomas was responsive when we flagged it and worked with us on a partial refund. Would consider booking again!

Perfect for what we needed. It was close to our daughter, shopping and restaurants. Private parking space was nice to have since street parking in Chicago is not always easy! Would stay here if again if available when we need it.

Everything was perfect. A very nice place with wonderful hosts. The host even came over when we had trouble with the TV. I guess the batteries in the remote needed replaced. The Polish Basilica down the block was impressive to see - just a beautiful building inside and outside.

Really great spot and space! The bathroom is the real appeal piece, and it definitely holds up to the photos. Walls are very thin though, unfortunately. We were anxious the whole time about making too much noise as we were the top floor, but definitely heard every movement of the downstairs neighbors as well. Overall really super great for the price, and it was close to everything in Chicago we needed to get to!

The design, access, and comfort of the unit are definitely for the younger crowd and not for senior citizens. climbing the 30 steps is a challenge to young or old if they are accompanied by a large travel bag, and exacerbated by the absence of light over the entry door and a locked keybox. Many provisions are provided and are of a very high quality, while some of the basics seem to be lacking, like two water glasses, one wine glass, few eating utensils, etc. Safety is also a concern for seniors in the shower bath area where the hard tile floor is very slick when covered with soapy water, and there are no emergency handholds on the flat glass walls of the shower area. The listing should be more informative of the modern design characteristics of the unit, which affect the safety of access and comfort of the unit.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the quality of the accommodations and amenities provided. We understand that stairs can be challenging for some travelers, which is why we disclosed prior to booking that the unit is located on the third floor and does not have elevator access. The entrance and smart lock keypad are both illuminated to assist guests arriving after dark. Regarding the bathroom, the shower design and layout are fully shown in the listing photos so guests can accurately assess whether the space meets their needs and preferences. As with any tiled shower, we encourage guests to exercise caution when surfaces become wet. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience while ensuring our listing accurately represents the property.

Beautiful

We had such a great time in this beautifully done rental property. Its in a beautiful spot. Very quiet neighborhood but still close to soooo many things! It was clean and we had everything we needed. We will be back to stay here!

Lovely place in great location

We stayed for the weekend to visit our daughter, who lives in the area, and we would choose this over place over a hotel any time - the apartment was in top condition, neat and clean, and beautifully furnished, with niceties like a state of the art coffee maker (beans included!) The host was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to a return stay very soon.

Great Experience

Stayed 3 nights to explore the Logan Square area. Listing was just like the pictures and there was plenty of space for 2. Property manager was very quick to respond to questions and we had no trouble accessing the parking. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Apartment in great neighbour hood

It was very easy to communicate with the host. He was very friendly and always available. The apartment was great located in a very nice quiet and safe district of chicago.
