With 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Located 10 minutes from Augusta, it sits on a tranquil hillside with an acre of private pine forest. The dock is perfect for boating and fishing. In winter, enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, or relax by the cozy fireplace with water views.

The first floor features an open-concept design with cathedral ceilings, a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. A loft off the living room offers two twin beds and space for an additional queen air mattress, which we provide.
Downstairs, you'll find the laundry room and two bedrooms, both with stunning waterfront views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a couch that folds out to a twin bed, and a half bathroom. While the guest bedroom also has a queen bed.
Enjoy the comforts of home and the serene beauty of Maine from every corner of this retreat!

The area, originally inhabited by the Abenaki Indians, saw its first European settlers in 17741. Over the centuries, Belgrade Lakes has evolved into a beloved summer retreat, attracting visitors with its serene waters and lush landscapes. The 7 Belgrade lakes include Great Pond, Long Pond, Messalonskee Kae (snow Pond), North Pond, East Pond, Salmon Lake (Ellis Pond), and McGrath Pond. These lakes offer a variety of recreational activities, from boating and fishing to swimming and hiking, making the region a popular destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
