Just steps away from the beloved Footbridge Beach you will find this beautiful 3bd, 2.5ba waterfront home! Each bedroom offers a queen size bed, providing you the perfect place to rest after a memorable day in OGT, Maine.
As a new construction home, there are plenty of convenient comforts available - from central A/C to a recently installed outdoor shower. With three televisions and high-speed wifi, there is plenty of resources for entertainment when you're not at the beach or enjoying the outdoor amenities. Traveling with little ones? A crib is also available in one of the bedrooms!
Step outside to a beautiful backyard or unwind on the balcony or deck. Enjoy the salt air while you sip an evening cocktail or morning coffee! This is truly a "park your car and forget it" location... the walkability is incredible and access to other local attractions is a breeze with a nearby trolley stop. Beat those pay-to-park lots and take advantage of the off-street parking for up to four full-sized vehicles. Just a short distance away from Ogunquit bars, locally-owned restaurants, sandy beaches, shopping, and of course... Footbridge Beach!
