Beach, pool, & all amenities are open!
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. 2 king-size and 1-queen-size bed. 4 twin-size roll-away beds complete the sleeping arrangements for 10-max. occupants.
This SE Corner unit will delight you with it's fabulous views of the ocean and Halifax River. The large balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built in Electric Chef grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves. You'll also enjoy the the large rooms, Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

I can’t say enough about this rental! We’ve stayed on the beach several times and this has been one of our favorites. The room, the view, the facility, the location, the owners ALL amazing! Such an easy process from start to finish, we couldn’t ask for anything else. If you’re looking for oceanfront with amenities and great hosts look no further. This is it! We’ll definitely return soon.

Absolutely Loved This Condo

My wife and I, our adult granddaughter, our adult grandson and his wife stayed here for 5 nights while we attended the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. This place is amazing and wonderful. So roomy than luxurious and such a great view in 3 directions. Would love to stay here again.

This property has everything you need and is very spacious. We had the best time at this condo with our family. Everyone at the condo was extremely friendly as well. I would recommend this condo and hope to return soon!

Wonderful stay

Great family location with nice beach and close to all Daytona has to offer. Plenty of room in master and family area. Good communication with management, thanks Dylan & Dennis! New Showerheads needed in Master with adjustments!!! No tools to clean grill. Mattress due upgrade in bedroom 3 if adults are using. Overall we enjoyed staying at large well cared for unit.

Beautiful!

The nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in! We drove 13 hours in for The Rockville music festival and were surprised by how amazing and huge this condo is! The pictures absolutely do not do it justice! I wish this place was a little closer to home and we’d probably come back a few times a year. Loved the amenities like the pool table and pool/hot tub area with the fire pit. Thanks for the amazing stay.

This Condo made my family vacation the Best Ever

My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our vacation and I want to thank Dennis and Carmen for allowing us to stay at their clean, luxurious, condo that was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful condo

Condo was wonderful and loved the balcony. Dennis and Carmen were great to talk with and answers all questions. We are Florida natives and have been to Daytona often but it has been some time from our last visit and we were disappointed in the surrounding buildings on the beach. But all in all a good trip and loved relaxing in the comfort of the nice condo.

Daytona thanksgiving

We loved the view and the unit was quiet. Pool was awesome. We were watching main TV on Friday and it went out. We tried to work thru spectrum to fix it but they couldn't. They are sending repair person for Monday. I told April we would be gone already. Hopefully not too inconvenient for someone to be there. That was only real problem but we were only watching TV while waiting on kids. Thanks so much. I would definitely rent again.
