Recently renovated! Escape to our luxurious oceanfront condo in Rosarito. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the 10th floor, with a pool, jacuzzi, and private beach access. It has 2 rooms, that’s perfect for families or friends. Conveniently situated close to downtown Rosarito, you'll have easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Your coastal getaway awaits!
Please Note: The HOA at the community charges a base minimum of $35.00 per stay plus an additional $5 per person. (example: 4 person booking would be a total of $35 + $20 = $55) When arriving, they will request this payment. They also require we fill out a form that advises them of who will be arriving, and the check in/check out date so they know who is at the property for the safety of yourself and the community. Once booked, we will send you over the form to fill out and return. You can pay the HOA security upon arrival. If you have any questions prior to booking about this, you can always message us and we'd be happy to answer any questions.

My family is originally from Michoacan, Zacatecas and Guadalajara. We moved to California and have enjoyed coming to Mexico to vacation. We love that Rosarito can be as simple and close as a weekend getaway without the huge hassel of traveling and love being able to share our home with people from all over the world to enjoy as well. I grew up coming to Rosarito and enjoying the beaches, views, and amazing food we have to offer.

What I enjoy most is the beautiful view from our balcony at any point of our day. My personal favorite is the sunset with a gentle wind and some good food and drinks to enjoy with friends and family. Everything is very close to our location, and you can drive or taxi/uber into town safely if you don't want to deal with parking/driving/etc. for a low cost.
