Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. This complex is equipped with one car slot per unit, which is stated on the paperwork and provided to our guests prior to their arrival. We also advertise only one parking space, In spite of this, looking at your reservation, we were able to arrange the rental of the second car slot for you. Due to the complex’s location these are the HOA rules we have to abide by were each unit will have access to a parking slot. Perhaps in the future the complex or lot next to the complex can be made available. Until then we will continue to accommodate our guests the best that we can.

This place was absolutely amazing. The advertisement did not disappoint. One bit. The views and amenities were exactly as mentioned if not better the staff was very attentive and accommodating for my girlfriend, and I who speak very little Spanish. The only thing I can relate this place to is a five star resort will be returning Again and again and again.

This place was AMAZING!!! Room was very clean and quiet. The view was amazing.It had like 5-6 jacuzzi’s. This place was in between Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. If you don’t mind driving a little it’s totally worth it.

AMAZING!!

My wife and I stayed at this condo for the weekend and the photos do not do it any justice! Amazing view and condo. Definitely will be staying again. I had some hiccups with the elevator and the host was quick to respond and assist.

You won't be disappointed!

The Condominium is beautiful and the view is out of this world! They have two beds in one bedroom and a King size bed on the master bedroom. Everything is clean and there is everything you need to feel at home for your stay. The pools are amazing and relaxing.

Beautiful home

This home was spectacular and absolutely lived up to the description. It was pristinely clean, had all the amenities someone could hope for. The view from the balcony was so relaxing with the sound of the waves. Sal was a great host and communicated everything prior to my trip to ensure everything was ready for my arrival. We will absolutely be back. This home was one of my favorite stays.

The staff was very helpful from beginning to end. The photos did not do the property justice. It was so clean and a huge , comfy space. The views were spectacular. Having the right clean view was great. The location is super quiet but still close enough to shopping and food. We would definitely recommend and will be returning soon

We booked 2 condos for a Family Vacation

We loved both the condos we rented they were wonderful, beautiful, clean, great pools and hot tubs. could of used more towels in 2nd bath and we did run out of toilet paper and had to go buy some. we also needed an extra sheet set for the couch bed. We had a wonderful Awesome time. looking forward to coming again I give it a 10!

Linda So sorry about the toilet paper since you added the extra 3 days cleaning did not stock up according for the extra days, as far as the sheets for the couch bed we don't offer it to our guest nor do we advertise this. Hopefully the $125.00 discount on the extra 2 nights you added during your stay help out. It was a pleasure meeting you the last 2 days and I left you guys some rolls of toilet paper, if you do remember, but yes it should of been stock which I have brought it to cleaning attention. This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure . Parking lot is spacious but definitely needs some cleaning and there are no directions on the hallways on how to get to the amenities area or to the main lobby. Also on the weekend there was no one at the lobby.

Disappointed .

We rented this condo because of the reviews and photos but they need to be more explicit when renting it, I was very disappointed because to begin with the condo was dirty, it smelled bad, the elevator is a pain and some were not available, there is no access to the beach. Salvador', the person in charge of renting it to me, was very kind and always responded to my requests, thank you for everything

Unfortunately, a series of events did happen during your stay. 1. Our regular cleaning lady who cleans this condo was on vacation during your stay and the person who she left in charge most of not done her job correctly and we are very sorry for this. (We did not know this lady really well.) According to the cleaning lady she assured us that the condo was left clean for your stay sending us pictures before you checked in and according to her you were lying to us. In this case we refund you back some money for your inconvenience and offer you a 25% off on future stays in this condo or any of our other condos, and I offered to send her back the next day to re clean condo but this did not work out for you. We understood. 2. About the Elevators you need an access code to use them don't know what happen maybe the building was overwhelm due to high Season and this can happen in high season to this building or any other building in Rosarito but I will forward your concerns to the HOA etc. 3. Beach access is there, you enter from the sandy area where the volley ball court is etc. the entrance to water is rocky to prevent erosion. We are a beach front complex hand down. 4. We have since then corrected this, our normal cleaning lady is back. I am truly sorry this was not what you hope for but we did make it right. . We value all customers and I am glad you share with us your concerns and comments so we can correct it because it’s important you take home many fond memories and one of them should be where you stay.
