Beautiful condo beautiful view. Everything was amazing. Super exciting. You have security 24 seven.. the only thing that I recommend is if you wanna get the Jacuzzi with your friends and family you could reserve it. Everything‘s is close by super market bars restaurants and more… definitely will be back all my guest loved it.

Beautiful stay. The place was clean and completely a fair price. The security there was great and completely made my entire family feel safe. The pool was nice and clean just a little too cold to enjoy but definitely under different conditions I would’ve taken a dive in.

The booking part was a breeze, and communication was fine. But upon arrival security guard told us the elevator did not work, which was a concern because my aunt injured her annkle and could not be doing stairs very well, Guard said it was one level up so we decided to stay. When we walked into the condo it was very muggy annd smelled like sewer and the glasses seem to be dusty perhaps they don’t use them that much. In the master bathroom that night, I found a cockroach and flushed down toilet. The condo only had two rolls of paper for 6 adults so we ran out, I asked the owner about toilet paper and to address the elevator issue, response was rude. Was told to go to corner store to buy my own toilet paper and that I should’ve told the owner about my aunt’s injury. Owner did not take ownership for not telling g me elevator issue when as an owner, they were aware of it, When I addressed the rude responses I was met with defensiveness and a snarky response saying that owner was not to be expected to drive down three hours to bring me toilet paper that’s not what I asked for. It was a beautiful place. Shame I will never be staying here again. Hassle to get the Jacuzzi to be hot so don’t count on enjoying the amenities unless you give a heads up of at least a couple of hours. Bunk beds room is muggy and the little fan provided is not enough to bring enough ventilation so my friends had a hard time sleeping in that room. Don’t like rude owners.

Alma exaggerates or makes up things in order to get a discount or a free stay. Please don't ever book my condo again. I dislike people who complain about everything. Making a mountain out of a grain of salt. I hate to see how your life is... if you look for negativity, that is what you'll find. Try looking at the positive things in life. Maybe you'll get more blessings.
