Welcome to our cozy and tastefully decorated studio condo, just steps away from the beautiful sands of New Smyrna Beach! Perfectly situated, our condo offers the best of both worlds: a serene beach retreat and quick access to the vibrant Flagler Ave. , filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

There is a Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen!

And you can totally hear the waves!

Location, location, location. Perfect for our weekend away. Beach is beautiful, Flagler Avenue full or restaurants, shops and bars - all walking distance. The place was clean and nice, check-in super easy - we will stay here again! Thanks

Great location and all you need for 2 adults or 2 and small child.

This was my first vrbo experience. The owner was extremely helpful our entire stay. The property was well described and the location is amazing for walking to anything you want or need while there. Local people and tenants were friendly and informative. It was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

Location, location, location

Location is exactly as advertised -- steps from the beach and a block from Flagler Avenue, with dedicated parking to boot. Studio-style space is nicely furnished with quality appliances and sufficient plates, glasses, etc. Didn't try the sofa sleeper, but the bed was comfortable. No-hassle check-in and check-out. Property owner and management team are both incredibly responsive -- Ron responded immediately to questions. Thanks!

Love this place!

Everything we needed with a great location! So nice to walk out to the beach. But only little tiny shells. Lol. Bed was comfy! Slept great. Liked the dimmable touch lights! Didn’t hear any neighbors except when outside and got to meet several. All were very nice and welcoming! Shower was small but worked great. Even had a coffee maker that I could use with my k-cups! We grilled out and it was nice to have a kitchen.

Comfort

Limited hot water, bed sinks in the middle, limited coffee supplies (ex: no real sugar), odd beach towels probably bought in a dollar store, couldn't find garbage container inside or outside, had to take it home with us. Lots of instructions on housekeeping! TV awkardly positioned. Owners should have mentioned shower valve not properly wotking in the listing with instructions on how to get hot water. Left after one night.
