Location was great, close to the beach. Mattresses were terrible. Air smelled musty like the air filters needed to be changed. There was a dead cockroach in bedroom when we arrived. House did not give off a "clean" feel.

Thank you for your review, glad you like the location, Overall we have had great success with the cleaning team so not sure how to interpret lacks"clean feel", The AC Filter is changed consistently, the AC unit is relatively new plus the mattresses on the beds have been replaced recently and are basically new memory foam mattresses , WE rarely have insects that appear inside occasionally as something that is common on the island in a subtropical environment but is not characteristic of the cleanliness of the property. The home was totally renovated over the past 3 years and most individuals seem to love the property who focus on enjoying a week at the beach,

Clean house with good bedrooms and kitchen The price quoted was fair but the added fees cleaning and insurance made it less of a value

Thank you for staying and I’m glad you had a great stay. Acknowledging the fees we try our best to keep them at a minimal level, but they are fixed and required based on the required services being offered to the guests but thanks for your comments. Hope you can stay again.

Great location; quick walk to the beach. House was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that there were no staples such as salt/pepper, non-stick spray, Keurig pods for the Keurig, or extra toilet paper rolls (just a roll that was leftover from previous guests).

A Week at the Beach

The weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach daily. The back deck was wonderful for relaxing, eating lunch, or having a drink. Inside was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was great. We even got to see a baby turtle hatch and make its way to the ocean! It would have been nice to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

House is a clean well-equipped home near a public access to the beach. This was our 3rd time renting a OIB beach house and it is, by far, the best one we’ve taken at a reasonable price for the week.
