We had the best time here! The host was wonderful! She was so attentive, gracious, and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was super clean and relaxing! She had lots of kitchen utensils, pans, nice plates and bowls, (Not worn and chipped like other places we’ve been), and many extras. The showers had almost instant hot water, and the heads were very tall for tall men to be comfortable and not have to stoop. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking a scenic view was a highlight. Just a short walk across a narrow street to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend this lovely place!

The condo was really nice and clean. Had everything we needed. I would say some blackout curtains would be beneficial in the bedrooms as the sun is really bright in the mornings. The ducks on the property are pretty loud too but nothing really you can do about that. Overall, I would stay there again.

Fun stay for the 4th

My husband, our 21yo daughter, and I had a wonderful stay for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was great - we especially enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony. We would stay again!

Property is exactly as advertised, gorgeous views over the bay yet a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo felt very homely and was clean and well stocked. Owner friendly and quick to respond

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The location was in close proximity of the boardwalk and the trolley. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. We hope to return in the future.

We had an amazing time. The balcony has an amazing view of the intercostal. Also you can see the Gulf from the front. The dock, private intercostal beach, pond, and pool have plenty of opportunity for our kids to explore. The unit is was clean and functional. Pictures accurately portrayed the unit. There are two beach accesses within walking distance or a short drive with ample parking. Peg Leg Pete’s is just a short walk, for a great grouper sandwich. The boardwalk is only two miles away. Unfortunately Fort Pickens was closed due to government shutdown, but the public beach access near by was nice.

Anniversary trip

We had such an amazing trip, the condo we stayed at was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, and great location. Our favorite part was waking up every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony.

Nice Family Stay

These condos are very nice with the pier, the pond with ducks and turtles, pool that was never crowded, beach area, grilling area, so much available for us to do there outside the condo. There was a little work being done on the condos but it didn’t really bother us. We will definitely look at coming back here!

Nice property

Absolutely as advertised. Nice 2BR unit. Faces the bay, updated and well maintained. Comfortable beds, good TV’s. No elevator. Short walk to beach. Excellent value.

My husband and I love the beach. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to enjoy. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach and explore the ocean until the sun goes down. We also enjoy just getting away for a relaxing weekend listening to the sound of the ocean and watch boats sail by at sunset. We hope you have a fantastic time relaxing here.

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.

It's just a walk across the street to the gulf. It's also walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and just a few minutes from Margaritaville and Fort Pickens.
