Palliser Peaks is a premium, top floor condo at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Close to all on-mountain amenities, a 4 minute walk to the gondola plaza, and a true ski-in & ski-out experience. Enjoy panoramic Rocky Mountain views from the huge patio w/ private hot tub. This unit offers a master bedroom w/ attached bath, a spacious loft w/ ensuite, cathedral ceilings in the living room (with pullout couch), and a full kitchen w/ dishwasher, washer & dryer. There is a gym in the building.
We have a property manager in the area who is available if you need assistance during your stay.
NOTE: There is ongoing construction on Highway 1 into Golden, please visit the drivebc website for current closure and delay information.
Palliser Lodge is a luxury condo building within Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Kicking Horse is a world class location for mountain sports, including downhill skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, and alpine hiking.
The nearby gondola plaza has a gondola (open summer & winter), ski lifts, restaurants, a general store, and mountain sport equipment suppliers. At the top of the gondola find award winning views at Eagle's Eye Restaurant.
Highlights in the wider area include: Cedar Lake, Golden Golf Club and the Mount 7 Launch Site.
There is free underground parking for one vehicle accessed on the south end of the building. Additional vehicles can park on the road.
In the winter, winter tires are essential on highway one into Golden. Excellent hiking in the area that can only be accessed on rough logging roads, a truck or SUV is recommended. Within the resort, guests can comfortably walk to most areas.
Master and loft beds are set-up as kings. Beds can be converted to twins on request.
Our hot tub technician will be in the unit every 3 days to adjust chemicals in the hot tub.
If the water is contaminated during your stay there will be an excess cleaning charge. Maximum of 4 adults in the hot tub at one time. Excessive spillage of water from the hot tub will turn off the heater. In the winter it causes dangerous ice on the road below.
Condo Board Bylaws:
No-smoking in the building or units. Guests may smoke on the deck with an ashtray. Please don’t throw cigarette butts off the balcony.
Hours for the Palliser public hot tub is 10am to 10pm.
No glass is allowed in the hot tub area.
No wearing ski boots in the hallways or the unit. No skis or snowboards in the unit. Ski locks are available in the unit for skis to be stored in the locker room.
One car is permitted to park in the parking garage (put parking pass, located in unit, on vehicle dash). Additional vehicles must park outside.
The condo board enforces quiet in the building after 11pm
Extreme noise at any time may result in condo management attempting to remove your party from the building.
Bicycles must be locked up in the parking garage, they are not permitted in the building.
Unit Rules:
Please do not bring luggage trolleys into the unit.
