I chose this neighborhood because it is near everything! the location is very accessible and safe! I personally feel confident enough to leave my car running at times to let it cool down before going out and all the neighbors are friendly.

What makes this place special is the effort put into it, so often host throw together a listing and don't think about functionality or practicality. I have considered both of these things and the space is designed for such.
