China Pearl suite at the Blue Water Inn - Friday Harbor

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The location is great for walking Friday Harbor as you are staying directly in the middle of town. The drawback was the noise level. Our room (1 out of 6 with a shared dining/living room space) was the China Pearl and we overlooked Spring street which is the main boulevard through town and directly across from the ferry load/unload zone so during the ferry unload there is an excessive amount of traffic and subsequently noise.The room itself was very clean and new feeling with plenty of space but not much in it. Could use a desk or possibly a small couch. Three large windows so even on a hot day we could regulate the temperature as there was no air conditioning. There was a large fan in the room which helped considerably but there was no box of tissue and we only had one wash cloth between the two of us for three nights.The shared space was very large and the kitchen was clean and had anything you might need to prepare meals.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends as long as you get the China Pearl (3 large windows) or the Shogun which I believe has its own balcony.
