Your next home away from home in beautiful Palm Springs is a spacious, quiet two-bed/two-bath end-unit condo — the perfect place for your next travel assignment or extended vacation! The condo boasts two bedrooms with memory-foam queen beds — each with a workstation with monitor / docking station, an updated kitchen ideal for entertaining with a four-seat bar and brand-new stainless Whirlpool appliances, two spa-like full bathrooms, and a covered patio with outdoor couch and bistro table. Experience the best of desert living with one of four community pools/spas steps away from the condo and two miles of shaded walking paths within the beautifully landscaped Riviera Gardens gated community. A short walk or drive will take you to nearby restaurants, shops, and historic downtown Palm Springs.

PLEASE NOTE: 30-day minimum stay. The HOA requires that guests sign a short rental agreement and acknowledgment stating that they will comply with all community rules and regulations.

My husband and I are both lawyers working in tech based in San Francisco with our terrier-mix Bella. We grew up in Iowa and lived in Washington, DC before moving to California six years ago. When we're not in SF or Palm Springs, you'll find us in Sonoma/Napa or traveling to visit friends and family in the Midwest and on the East Coast. We love sharing our place with other Palm Springs enthusiasts who are looking to enjoy everything the desert has to offer!

We chose to buy in the Riviera Gardens community because of its history (it was originally the executive golf course of the Riviera hotel, an early playground of the Rat Pack). RG is in a quiet neighborhood with a coffee shop and several restaurants and bars nearby. Its convenient location is just a 10-minute drive from the Palm Springs airport and a five-minute drive or forty-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs.
