Ramon Estados is a great condo community is central Palm Springs on 10 acres. There are 134 condos with units from 13 bedrooms. The Ramon Estados offers two large pools, two spas, a gym, a sauna, 4 lighted tennis courts, a game room, and barbecues.
The condo is on the second floor featuring a vaulted ceiling, private terrace with views of the mountains and the landscaped grounds. Interior design is style is 1980s desert spa (see the photos and that will make sense!) . Full kitchen, plenty of storage and central air! Community is quiet and gated. Rental comes with additional storage unit if needed.
Please note, this is a 30 day+ rental property.

I currently live in Portland, Oregon working as a Realtor, in interior design and teaching hot yoga, while also performing as an actor throughout the Portland area. Previously I lived for a decade and a half in NYC, where I owned a Bikram Yoga studio and volunteered for The Trevor Project as a suicide prevention counselor. I am loving the west coast life, the access to amazing food, the gorgeous nature!
So excited to now have a second property in Palm Springs where one can enjoy the sun, the nearby hikes and the wonderful services this town has to offer!
