The Space:

Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views from your ground-floor retreat, then head out to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots—all just minutes away.



Inside your ground floor unit, you’ll find a plush king bed, generous closet space, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.



Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, dog park, waterfront seating, and dock slips. Bring your furry friend and settle into a stay you won’t want to end!

Please note that this a smoke free building! No smoking is allowed within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice, designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.

Great location ! Nice and clean , good description of the property. I would get rid of the throw rugs, most people don’t like rugs at a rental. Maybe change out the couch to a faux leather .

I would highly recommend this place. So much more spacious than a hotel room. We stayed for a week during house renovations and it worked perfect for us. If you read any comments about the music from the restaurants across the water it really is a non issue. The music stops usually by 10 and it is very muted from inside. I couldn’t even hear it from the bedroom. If you want to sit or lounge outside with a drink and feel like you are on vacation without dealing with others but listen to a love band here is your opportunity. It’s fun to watch the boats go by and jumping fish. The bed is comfortable and we are mattress snobs. I did bring my own pillows because I live in the neighborhood. Full kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc… just stop at the grocery store or cook your fresh caught fish. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice to cool off in. As we were leaving it appeared they were doing some updates to the yard. Maybe new walking paths??? They would be nice but in reality what they have is just fine. It’s pet friendly but I did not smell dog in the room. Others staying next to us had a dog but we never heard it. Great communication with manager. Very easy stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Place was so cute. Nice views at night of restaurant. Owner was great. Attentive ! Bring quarters for laundry machine. Only issue But owner was nice to offer me quarters Trian goes by a lot but you get used to it. It was close to town. Comfy bed. Great shower Pool warm. I’d stay again for sure !

Very quaint and quiet and very clean property. Excellent view across the waterway of the outside restaurants and many boats. The water view is very common soothing. I very much recommend this as a nice little getaway for a weekend, there are many things nearby and it still feels like you're away on a nice vacation... I will definitely be back

Very Pleased with our stay. Great location, close to dining music , beaches . Pet friendly , & the place had everything we needed/ We tpically travel alot & bring our own items bevuase many short stay units dont have eveything we are accustomed to using , but this place did , we really loved it & will add it to our list of places to return :)
