When walking into the condo, the lock was unscrewed in all 3 places. The bunk room was not clean. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them as well as the comforters. The mattress had a large urine stain on it. The floor and furniture were both dusty. The floor had candy left on it and other items from the previous renters. We had to clean everything, wash sheets and purchase blankets. The tubs and drains were so clogged that they filled with water upon showering. The owner was extremely difficult to work with and extremely unprofessional when speaking with me when presenting these issues. A light was out and a blind was broken. As I stated to Judith, the condo is beautiful, however, these items must be addressed. Respectfully, we just asked that these items be made right as we were trying to have a nice vacation with our family. Maintenance came and addressed these issues in such an amazing and friendly manner. As we celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary, we have vacationed many years with our family. This is our first negative experience with an owner or vacation stay. Thank you to VRBO for guiding me through this process.
