The location is wonderful and the resort is very nice. The condo itself did not come with any cleaning supplies, laundry or dishwasher detergent, and two rolls of toilet paper for a week stay. The cleaning could use some attention. The host did promptly respond to my request for clean sheets and clean tables.

we do give a starter supply of toiletries but do not supply for the entire week. It is up to the guest to purchase their items for their stay. Upon inspection there was nothing wrong with the bedding but we did bring new ones upon your request,

We spent 5 nights at this property in June. It definitely didn’t meet our expectations-needs upkeep and repair, and lacks the supplies promised in the description. Additionally, the owner is combative and very unprofessional. For these reasons, I would highly recommend booking a different unit within this resort. Or, better yet, you could book at another property entirely. Pros: conveniently located near the convention center, units are spacious, pool area is lively and family-friendly. There’s a Starbucks on the main level, and restaurants nearby. Parking is free and very convenient (ramp connected).Cons: this property is in need of maintenance- carpet and floors are dirty, walls need to be repainted. Each pool alternated being closed for a few hours for repair. This unit, in particular, was lacking supplies- at check-in we had half a roll of toilet paper, half roll of paper towels, no dishwasher detergent pods, no Kleenex/facial tissue, half a travel size amount of dishwashing soap. There were 3 random bath towels thrown beneath the sink- ragged and not folded. Stains on the bed skirt, mold in the washing machine (the owner will tell you it’s “paint”), mold in the shower, cheap bed linens, bifold closet door that wouldn’t completely close, etc. I have pictures of some of these items. Also, the bedroom dresser fell forward as we were loading clothes in to the drawers. Manager tried to tell us this was our fault! Extremely unprofessional management. Stay elsewhere!

This guest booked for 6 nights over a competition. I head no issues from her until the 4th night at 9:30PM she said she was checking out and wanted a refund for 2 nights. ( her daughter was out of the competition then ) I told her no refund then she started manufacturing all this. Infact she said there were 2 guest and she brought 3 or 4 more! And we do give a starter pack of toiletries but it is up to the guest to purchase more if needed. I'll never rent to this person again, infact security asked me if they should escort her out of the building for the issues she was.causing.
