Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

no dishes or cleaning

There are no pots or pans, just one spoon and three glasses. They also didn't clean the place during our five-day stay. The receptionist informed us that the owners don't replace broken dishes. Keep this in mind: the location is perfect.

Great location run down property

Great views, but building in disrepair. Elevator slow, halls not clean. No stopper in sink, few utensils, one towel per day ,garage had standing water. Door to balcony hard to open and could not be left open per rent a cop who banged on door after spying on us. Sad great location staff trying but building run on the cheap . Would never stay there again even though it was a good price

Terrible, wrong condo, front desk not helpful at all.

Terrible! Chlorox spots all over the dirty carpet. One Door to deck locked, another extremely hard to open, had to go in and out of the second bedroom door in order to get to the deck. The deck was supposed to be facing the beach and was facing the other condos and they would do nothing about it. And still had to pay the same amount as having a deck facing the beach. There was also a door that led to the hallway that there was no old lock so I ended up having to put a table there so no one could get in.

Great location, disgusting apartment

The location was perfect and easy to get to but the actual property was disgusting. We were given the wrong apartment and after showing the advertised property pictures vs what we were given to the host, we were told it was the correct property and apartments are handed out based on availability and current schedule. The property was filthy, carpets brown and disgusting, human excrement on the walls, baby binky behind a door, paint peeling, mold in the bathrooms...I could keep going. I attempted to get into a cleaner unit multiple times via the host and VRBO customer service but got nowhere and no response. I would absolutely not rent here again.
