As far as updating, the house has brand new flooring, brand new windows, new counter tops, nice fridge and nice washer and dryer , brand new ceiling fans, new AC, New Roof,updated 5 burner gas stove and updated decor, so not sure what else you could update? The only thing it doesn't have is a dishwasher, guess you would have to bring that with you! Lol, All in all, everything is as described in the listing, which I'm sure you would agree! Denise, as i showed you in text messages. The new code had been updated. Im sorry that they had glitch in system and didnt send it to you! I know that was an inconvenience, but I had dental surgery and wasn't available to talk at 4 when you tried calling me, so, guess you took off 2 stars for that. I hope you are honest on any future bookings when you are bringing 4 dogs and a ton of extra people!

Im sorry you didnt receive the correct code, the new code was in the system. But they didnt update it. The real truth of the matter is, you chose to go through my window, without asking me. You managed to get my screen off and found a window unlocked, whoever went into my window broke my wooden love seat bench, and never offered to tell me. I have 2 numbers and both are listed on my listing! My cleaning girl discovered that you cracked a window trying to force your way in. You were charged for the broken bench and the pane replacement , you didnt mention that either. You had extra guests as well, you weren't charged for using all the towels. There is nothing fraudulent about the charges, and I sent in all the pictures, receipts and explanation of the charges. Also, there is no trains anywhere close to this home! Obviously, you are upset about being charged for what you broke! You should be ashamed to disrespect my property.

Thank you for the review! Kinds words about the home, but must add, there are a few places, that have soft floors, but its not collapsing! Still very safe to walk on, even for a heavy person! Also. As I mentioned, if you have several folks using dryers and heating appliances it can flip a breaker, but glad I could get that fixed for you immediately!
