Dear Lorie, We were so happy to have you return to the home. Many of the items that you are referring to were beyond our control, but we addressed them as soon as possible. We tried to go above and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable (ie $250 restaurant gift card, extra cleanings, etc). Thank you for staying at Prize Homes and maybe we will see you next year.
