The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the lake, kayaks, paddle boards, and the fire pit. Sitting on the deck each morning and evening were a true delight. The home is rustic (no ceilings on the bedrooms for example) but being near the lake made it a great stay! Loved the neighboring towns and enjoyed exploring near and far during our stay.

Everything was amazing. They price was UNREAL for this house. 45 minutes away from Bar Harbor means that you can hop over and do adventures but you're far enough away from the tourist traffic. Susan was super communicative. There was so much to do in Ellsworth without even going into BarHarbor. 100% would stay again. There's also this cool rock with a diving board on the lake!

We would stay again and recommend to others. Host was great and excellent communication. Not a deal breaker but a good to know.... shower is a tight fit (I'm 5'8" 160lbs) had to bend down a little to wash my hair and not much room to shave. Kitchen could use some new baking pans.

This was a nice cabin on the lake with a beautiful view. Amenities included kayaks and canoe. My husband enjoyed fishing and the water was clear. The only downside is there are no ceilings. It is 3 bedrooms, but just know you can hear everything throughout the entire house so there is no privacy.
