Great place!

This condo was a great place to stay. EasyLocation to downtown, wineries, and our soccer tournament. Space and amenities were excellent. We will definitely be back again!

Pros:•LOCATION was the best thing here. We rented due to the TC marathon and this was within walking distance.•The place was clean.•The beds were comfortable.•The host was quick to respond.•Not required to start laundry or take out trash such as some VRBOs.Cons:•The hot tubs were very cloudy and smelled awful. Even my 8 year old daughter did not want to stay in them. Don’t rent for the hopes to use them.•Bath towels/ washcloths are extremely thin and scratchy.•Toiletries are also very cheap- shampoo/conditioner/bath gel. Thin toilet paper.•The rooftop needs some care- the cornhole games are a fun touch but warped and falling apart. There’s beans all over the rooftop.•The water for the showers weren’t always hot.•There is only one parking space on property for the room. Overal, if I was to sign up for marathon again I may stay here again. Otherwise, I would probably choose differently.

Very clean and high quality property. This is brand new construction. Location is good but not great with a fair amount of road noice. Would stay again.

The condo itself inside is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The property manager Riley was easy to communicate with and was very efficient in responding. The mattresses were very comfy but the pillows left me wishing for my home pillow. The only thing I would have loved, ceiling fans in the bedroom! Overall though the condo was perfect for our girls trip!The hot tubs are maintained by the building manager and were nothing short of disgusting and absolutely not usable. The neighborhood is under construction but appeared safe. We would stay here again and hope that next time we could sit in the hot tubs. They really need to be maintenanced daily. Check chemicals, temp etc.. We would like to thank Seth for the movie rental! You saved girls night in!

Traverse City Condo

This property was great, clean(very important), kitchen had everything needed, plenty of towels for both bathrooms, even beach towels were supplied, location was good, pictures were accurate. Quiet, never heard traffic or people. The only thing would be there's really no storage for your clothes, both bedrooms don't have closets or dressers. There are very small Armoires in both bedrooms, 1 was full of towels and both not tall enough inside to hang clothes. But dealt with it and had a wonderful stay regardless. Would definitely stay again!

Our bachelorette weekend was a success and it was a perfect location just minutes away from the main strip. The building and unit was extremely clean and was sufficiently stocked with linens and towels which is always an added convenience. Nice and spacious two bedrooms and full bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!
