Yes, there were a couple of issues that were resolved VERY quickly. Garage door spring was replaced and working in less than 3 hours. And the oven was not cleaned by the cleaners so my daughter came again and cleaned it thoroughly. I received over a dozen of messages, sometimes 2 and 3 times (I responded immediately but emails kept going to your spam) complaining about everything from excess dust in the slider that prevented it from working (You had pushed the door out of the track) to 4 lights being out in the master bedroom and no spare bulbs (there were spare bulbs and there were no bulbs blown on inspection). The lower level of the unit was completely redone with new ceramic tile, new cabinets, counter and dishwasher less than 6 months ago. Pictures of wear marks on one of the couch cushions and dining room table does not equal DIRTY. You even complained about noise because it was too close to Shea Blvd and said you wouldn't have rented if you had known. The location was known to you ahead of time and there is no significant noise that comes from Shea Blvd. I have never had any complaints from anyone before on noise. Your behavior and constant messages and complaints about trivial things (not enough toilet paper - I don't supply a months toilet paper to 4 people, just a few rolls in each bathroom per instructions), leads me to conclude that complaining is just something you do, wherever you go in hopes of getting partial refunds. I did send you a credit for the burners and an additional amount for the MINOR inconveniences. One thing I agree with you on is that you won't be staying at my condo again! I would also not recommend you as a renter to any other owner.
