View the spectacular sunsets and pristine beach from your private balcony in this comfortable two-bedroom, two full bath Beach Front condo. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fully furnished with two full beds and a flat screen TV. Second bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower. Unit comes with a flat screen TV in the spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. Unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and a phone for free long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada. Building amenities include a large patio, deck, lounge chairs, heated pool, barbecue, central elevator and coin operated washer/dryer room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

Exceptional beach location

The proximity to the beach of this property is stunning. You are literally right on the water. The unit itself is clean and has all basic necessities. There are plenty of beach chairs, bogie boards, and beach toys for kids. It would have been nice if beach towels were also provided. We also would have appreciated an extra trash bag and some dish soap to hand wash the glasses that we used as opposed to running the dishwasher. There were a few light fixtures that didn’t work and a couple of the tvs were not in working order. As we were on vacation and not spending a lot of time watching tv, it didn’t affect the overall stay.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. Very warm and cozy condo. The view is spectacular! Spent many hours looking at and listening to beautiful water. Melanie in management went above and beyond. We left a very sentimental item in condo and she mailed it back to us. Thank you so much 😊
