Very small but clean and in a great location. An extra folding chair and another luggage rack would make the experience much more comfortable for a couple.

Nice little studio in a good location. I mostly wanted easy access to the airport for an early morning flight and this worked great. But there also a lot of good things to do in the area. I would stay here again.

Clean, very comfortable, host met us when we pulled in and was available, but gave us our privacy. Beautiful yard with furniture to use. Nice walk to the beach. Every amenity we neded and more. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

This tiny little place is perfect for one person or even a couple. Check in was super easy Andy met us at the door. He was always available to answer questions about where to eat, swim and even which luau we should go to! I would definitely recommend staying here! The only thing i can say bad about is the shower is super tiny abd hard for a old lady like me to shaver her legs in!

Perfect little suite! The room has everything you need! It is close to Kona and here are some recommendations. Tropics- Great for lunchScandinavian Shaved Ice- wonderful shaved iceKalikala cuisine had an amazing breakfast with great views and excellen food. Excursions- Manta Ray Nigjt snorkel is a must do! Loose Ends Snorkel tour was also amazing. Note- the single burner turns on when you put the pan on the burner. I was waiting for it to stop beeping at me and to start and it happened when I put the pan on the burner.

Beach is way close, only 2 minutes away to Magic Sands Beach and restaurant next door

The room is small but adequate, and it served our purpose. The host was great and we had a great time!

Just a small place but well cared for

We were taken care of very well. Glad for the A/C. We enjoyed the outdoor patio table with lighted umbrella with beautiful yard. Good parking facilities.

Amazing spot

This is a cute little spot, perfect for 2 people. I stayed there with my 12 year old for 4 days and we enjoyed it very much. Andy is super friendly and checking in was easy. It’s close to the beach and lots of cute shops and restaurants.

The studio is located within walking distance between 2 beaches. You have Magic Sands beach to the north side and Kahalu'u beach (Snorkel beach) to the south. You also have a shopping center and cinema's 1 mile from the studio. Below the Keauhou shopping center is Keauhou bay where King Kamehameha 111 was born. You can also sign up for snorkeling and night Manta Ray excursions there in the bay while checking out the birth place of King Kamehameha 111 the great!
