Blue Horizons is an 8-bedroom, 6-bath coastal retreat designed to comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, made for large families, multi-generation trips, and group gatherings.

Two true king suites, an in-home elevator, and sweeping ocean and sound views create a rare blend of comfort and ease. The open-concept main floor brings everyone together with a spacious living area, oversized dining table, and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for group meals and entertaining. Four full-length decks give you plenty of outdoor seating, sunrise and sunset views, and space for everyone to spread out.



The gas fire pit with stone seating is an ideal spot for s'mores, sunset drinks, and relaxed evenings with family and friends.



After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the seasonal community pool (open Memorial Day through October, not heated). A brand new EV charger makes travel easy for electric vehicle guests.



Cooler months are a great time to visit too. The hot tub and fire pit make for cozy evenings, and the big kitchen and dining table are made for Thanksgiving and holiday gatherings.



The home is stocked with thoughtful extras including sound machines, smart TVs in every room, a pack 'n' play, high chair, beach towels, and beach gear.
